Christine Pierson
President & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Christine leads Tresl in its efforts to connect our customers with curated auto finance resources in a surprisingly efficient, informative, and compassionate manner. Her focus at Tresl is to galvanize the organization around our Core Values—Character, Customer-centricity, Collaboration, Compassion, & Courage—and to build long-term value for our customers, partners, employees, and other stakeholders. Prior to Tresl, Christine spent 30 years leading and managing sales & operations in B2C and B2B divisions at AT&T, Bayer Corporation, and UMB Financial. Christine holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri. She is a graduate of the Stonier Executive School of Banking at Wharton.

Gary Watkins
Chief Financial Advisor

Gary joined Tresl in 2018 as CFO and leads the finance and accounting function. His focus at Tresl is to enhance and streamline the financial processes for customers and partners while ensuring a high level of financial control and security. Gary brings 35+ years of experience having held numerous roles within finance and accounting at various organizations, most recently as SVP of Finance and Administration of a privately-held owner representative firm in Denver focused on the development and construction of stadiums and arenas globally. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Chief Technology Officer

Chris was appointed as Tresl’s Chief Technology Officer in 2021, a position in which he oversees the team’s internal and external digital strategies.

He has an impressive history of building agile, technology-enabled organizations. As the former Vice President of Technology for Powerhouse Management, Chris consistently guided his team to improve operational processes, deliver cost savings, and drive customer experience. His other roles as Director of IT Operations and Senior Manager of IT Operations proved his prowess at managing multimillion-dollar IT budgets.

Chris’s technical expertise is complemented by his sound business acumen, which has led him to develop technology frameworks and product roadmaps that benefit employees and customers alike. His innate ability to forge strategic stakeholder relationships and anticipate client needs has strengthened the performance of every company he has served.

Alex Paez-Gerstenhaber
VP of Customer Experience and Operations

Alex joined Tresl in 2019.  As VP of Customer Experience and Operations, Alex leads Tresl in its efforts to unify all customer initiatives and strengthen a persistent customer-first mentality across physical and digital channels. For the last 20 years, Alex has been promoting quality customer experience environments, leveraging culture, technology, and employee satisfaction.  Alex has led and managed customer service & operations in B2C and B2B environments with companies such as Assurant Solutions, RoadVantage, and shopping network ShopLC. Alex holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico, as well as a series of certifications including Business Coach by the International Coaching Community, Baldridge Examiner by the Texas Quality Foundation, and Digital Transformation Strategies by Emeritus Institute of Management and Columbia Business School.
